Optix 16
If you haven't heard of him then you ain't grindin' hard enough. Known nation-wide for his consistent rhymes and the heavily-armed content they contain, Optix brings real-life scenarios to a screeching halt and makes them even more vivid. He is a ritualistic writer and a avid supporter of hedonism, as long as its only taken so far. A quarter centuries worth of misplaced angst and honest teachings, only the lucky few that know him well can truly see what he sees when his pen speaks on wide-ruled paper.
Optix is currently working on his solo album "Sold on Survival" to be released in 2007 and is near completion of a classic full-length mix-tape featuring many other Brainstem artists. He is one-third of Enemy Entropist and displayed his distinct sound and unique delivery on "Lake of Fire." A true artist of the road, Optix also made strong appearances on four songs on the Silent Sabotuers album "Hostile Agents." The next time you see him, shake his hand, it might be the closest to success you ever come.
